Hello world
i've always wondered why is it that online sellers go on and on and on rambling over customers who back out from a purchase last minute . oh no, correction, POTENTIAL customers, if you want to get facts straight . i've never understood such intolerance (or so i thought was the right word to address situations like that) since their blogshops aren't unpopular or anything of that sort . for the longest time, reading fashion-truth daily has been my greatest source of joy WTF .
until it hit me that not all blogshops are capable or lucky enough to maintain a steady stream of viewership . it's not everyday that we owners get to conclude a sale . not everyday is a sunny day . not every update is a complete hit . on luckier days, you get reviewed, but that's that . you can pray all you want for people to click on your link but trust me, i have been hesitant about shopping online before this and i am sure many girls feel the way i feel .
but that's story for another day . you wanna know what angers me? looks like i can now feel the frustration of other sellers wtf . greatest lesson learned .
people who has the decency to reserve and item and then disappear . no emails, no smses, no explanations- no nothing . the people who has the cheeks to request for a prolong period of reservation, citing reasons like 'oh i am broke now but i love your stuff' blablabla, to which i would usually comply by, thinking that they really do want that item . you know what? most sellers would insist that sales be done in accordance to first come first serve basis . i dare not speak on behalf of other sellers but seriously, most of the time it's not about the money .
online shops are to most, small businesses . if brutal honesty is what you'd prefer, online shopping does not guarantee you satisfaction . for that reason alone, many would prefer to go out and shop for themselves because the convenience of online shopping is arguably not worth the risk of disappointment . this makes it hard for online sellers to establish a reputation because most are still skeptical over the concept of shopping in front of their computer monitors . this is totally subjective so i'll let you decide for yourself .
but point is this- business doesn't come by everyday . yes, to me i am still having a very solid stand on my opinions regarding selling clothes as an interest-based investment, but if anything, it's my customers who buy my stuff, tell me they are happy with it that makes me happy . that's why i'm so irritated with people who comes and reserve something and then conveniently pulls a disappearing act .
my humble shop, just like others', has a three day reservation policy . honestly, i dont mind extending it if you are genuinely interested in it because either way, i conclude a sale, no? but what should i do when someone reserves something and disappears? this act of irresponsibility pisses me off so bad . oh so should i sell the item off and let you email me saying 'HOW CAN YOU DO THAT BLA BLA BLA'
there was even one girl who reserved some stuff and then disappeared . when i emailed her to find out if she's still interested, she pleaded for an extension of time since 'she loves the item alot but is broke' . like fine lah right i'll just reserve it . but weeks passed . no news . i emailed her again because i was fed up of waiting . there were others who were interested and she was holding up MY time . that was when i realized that i should stop being nice because fuck this shit, nobody seems to appreciate it eh?
and guess what? she conveniently asked me for my shop link because 'she forgotten' . fml . -_- reservation? OH RESERVATION WHAT? lol . -_-
you may say it's my fault but honestly, i've never known girls that are so thick skinned . i thought it would be irresponsible of me to sell off something to another person when it's reserved but looks like there ARE people more irresponsible that i am . hooray does it mean my keji side can come out now wtf . T____T'
truth be told, when someone expresses interest in something and i tell them 'sorry it's reserved atm', more often than not, they'll not return . so for me, it's a lost customer . gahhhhh talking about this makes me feel so shortchanged $@#%#!@!!!! );
oh i expect people to attack this post in my c-box . bring it on WTF HAHAHAHAH . i've said my piece . have a nice day .
